Lindsey Kunzer & Garrett MacDonald

Bio
Lindsey Elizabeth Kunzer. I was born September 9th 1985 in The Dalles, OR and grew up in White Salmon, WA. I moved to Phoenix by 3rd grade and graduated from Xavier College Prep in Phoenix. I'm a pre-dental student, majoring in psychology and minoring in business. Our project was our vacation to Arles, France during winter break. We visited all the major attractions and ate at several different restaurants and cafe's. This project was fun because we could incorporate a lot of our artistic abilities instead of just book information. Also, I knew nothing about the exchange rate, people, towns, culture of any French towns and it was cool to see a lot of that. I learned how artsy the town of Arles was in relation to VanGogh and his paintings that were done there. It was a cool project and very fun to do the scrapbook.

My name's Garrett Macdonald. I was born in Napa, California but was raised in Tucson. I'm a freshman at U of A majoring in English Literature, with a minor in Art. Our project was about Arles, France, with a focus on the artistic side of the town. I really liked this project because it was very hands on and artistic and I was able to learn and practice French while working on a project that I really enjoyed. I learned a lot about French culture and about the life of Van Gogh while he was living in France. I also learned a lot of conversational french through this project.
