Use to add and drop classes. Refer to the Schedule of Classes for deadlines.

COH Change of Major/College PDF
Use to declare a major within the College of Humanities.

UA Report of Incomplete Grade PDF
An agreement between an instructor and student of terms for receiving an incomplete grade in a course. See the General Catalog for the university’s incomplete grade policy.

UA GRO
Grade replacement opportunity offers students the ability to replace grades of C, D and E by repeating the course. Pick up and file with the Office of Curriculum and Registration.

UA Transfer Credit Pre-approval PDF
An advisor uses to approve transfer courses taken at another institution prior to enrollment for a course.

UA Transfer Credit Appeal PDF
Use to request that transfer credit be awarded to courses not accepted in transfer credit acceptability.

COH General Education Petition PDF
Use to request approval of a course other than a Tier One or Tier Two to meet the general education requirements. See whether the course you want to petition meets the general education requirements.
