Eligibility: Upper division and graduate students at the University of Arizona who are majoring in German or Russian. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and be ranked in the top 25% of their class. Candidates are nominated by the departments concerned and recipients are selected by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
Value: Number varies at $1,500 annually. Arizona residency is not a requirement.
